Sending and Receiving Secure Emails

In Mail Express v4.1 and later, in addition to sending secure attachments, you can send an email with a secure message body. The message and attachments are encrypted in transit.

To send an email in Outlook with a secure message body

The recipient will receive an email with the message and attachment removed. Instead, the email contains a link to the Pickup portal.

In Outlook, the received email looks similar to this:

When the recipient clicks the pick-up portal link, the default browser opens and displays:

The icon that is displayed depends on the type of document.

If the sender selected the Send Reply link check box, the Reply and Replay All buttons are available.
